이슈 목적

관리자는 문제들 중 출제할 문제를 선택해 추가

기능 구현 내용

선택된 문제id로 해당 문제 정보를 tbl_quiz 테이블에 추가

테스트 케이스

선택된 문제 정보 추가 성공 및 예외처리 테스트 코드 작성
출제 목록이 정확한 값으로 조회 되는지 및 예외처리 테스트 코드 작성

참고사항

문제는 10개 선택 시 저장 가능
출제일은 다음날 날짜로 저장
