In some deployments it's useful to have CNS generate records for zones on a particular network but have those records all refer to the same IP address -- the IP of a reverse proxy which uses e.g. the HTTP Host header or SNI to figure out which machine is wanted.
We should have the ability to create CNS zones which support this.
