Description
This PR adds methods for JSON serialization (Json, JsonPretty) and string representation (String) to the ProducerConfig and ConsumerConfig structs.
Why
Easily inspect configuration details in JSON format or as a readable string. Aligns with best practices for logging and error messages.
Changes
Added Json, JsonPretty and String methods to both ProducerConfig and ConsumerConfig.
Written unit tests fort these methods to ensure work as expected.
