`Intersecting/Concurrent` links at ConnectedRoute regional boundaries #804

When viewing a Connected Route in the HB & opening an InfoWindow at a regional boundary,
Intersecting/Concurrent Routes for only one of the 2 chopped routes are shown.

Either:

Show all intersecting/connected routes, including both of these chopped routes
Show only other Connected Routes (I prefer this option)
