Duplicate SmartAPI entries

The nodenorm servers in all four maturities seem to be double-registered in SmartAPI:

Yes, this is correct. We do this to help with debugging: the Localhost entries actually evaluate to localhost:[port] when running it locally, but somehow evaluate to the proper URL when hosted. I'm not sure why, but I've been treating this as a low-priority issue since we at least don't provide any incorrect URLs to SmartAPI. Should I prioritize it higher?
