And it continues the same problem even after reinstalling docker

I found a simple solution!
Just change this syntax

RUN python3.10 -c "import nltk; nltk.download('punkt')" &&
python3.10 -c "import nltk; nltk.download('averaged_perceptron_tagger')" \

in the Dockerfile file

to that

RUN python3.10 -c "import nltk; nltk.download('punkt')" &&
python3.10 -c "import nltk; nltk.download('averaged_perceptron_tagger')"
