Display surface information in elevation popup

Right now we show elevation, total distance and road type information in the popup. Could also show surface information.

An extension to this would allow you to hover over a surface in the list and see the appropriate portions highlighted on the route (like ORS does on its maps).

Yet another extension to this could be to click at a point in the route to get way and surface information about that particular point in the route (as well as total distance and elevation up to that point).
