Suggestion: /t reclaim like command for towny histories ruins

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Would it be possible to add a feature to allow players to reclaim townyhistories ruins... for the price it would be to claim them? (But they wouldn't have to go claim each plot individually). The intent is to make a new town out of the ruin, or effectively do what /ra restore does, but charge the player for the cost of the claims.
