This is necessary for the Getting Started guide section on "Hydrological terrain attributes." It requires a traversal of the FlowObject network.

There is an outstanding pull request for drainagebasins in libtopotoolbox (TopoToolbox/libtopotoolbox#121), but that is currently waiting on the resolution of TopoToolbox/libtopotoolbox#122, which is in turn waiting on more thorough snapshot testing of the flow routing process in MATLAB.

I think we should hold off on this until we resolve those libtopotoolbox issues.
