I cannot find a way to disable RP2040 to use only the PMOD connectors with the clock and reset buttons on the board.

Here is what I am trying to do:

  1. Set the design using the DIP switch
    2. Enable the design ?
  2. Reset the design using the reset button
  3. Set input via PMOD header and clock the design using clock button

How to enable the design using the cEN signal when RP2040 is disabled and in ASIC_MANUAL_INPUTS mode?
