Packaging BeeKeeperStudio for App-V

This app is easily packaged for App-V.

• Removal of the AppData\Local exclusion is required.
• Allow VFS Writes option is recommended.

Testing on Windows 7/10/11 indicates support of the app. This is because we have not yet discovered how to disable the update check.
