[IDEA] rename dialog for pasting images out of screen

Reproduce

1. Prepare a long tiddler, when scrolled it to the bottom, the center of which should be out of screen.
2. Paste a image, the rename dialog is also out of screen, it needs to scroll up to find the dialog.

Describe the solution you'd like
The rename dialog should not be out of screen.
