I was wondering if it's possible to label with the values (instead of Low and High) for the heatmap, assuming that the High is the highest number of genes in 1 Mbp of that genome, and Low is the lowest, so they can be comparable with other genomes, as in that case, the Low and the High densities might be very different values.
And ideally, if one could (after knowing the lowest and highest gene density in one's genomes) set those values for the low and high of all the genomes, to ensure comparability.
