add all not yet included datasets from the Intro course

In the exercises of the Intro course, we use several datasets that are not yet included in EcoData.
@EttnerAndreas could you check the exercises and add these (if the licence allows)?
I would then share all the exercises with you...

I have added you as a participant to the GRIPS course "Introduction to Statistics in R". The course is split up in 10 parts, many of them have a file "Exercise in R".
Can you go through all of these exercises and check which datasets still need to be included in the package? Please also check where the data comes from and if the license allows to include it here.
