vcrun2017 doesn't work #2

Hi,
when I try to run vcrun2017, it opens an installer for visual c++ 2017. When I install it, it just says installation failed.

I'm using Proton experimental and wine 5.22 on Arch linux

That's interesting, I don't think I have experienced it before. It is possible that it will still work even if the installer says it failed though
