A very interesting PR in upstream MMU2S-Firmware: prusa3d/MM-control-01#175
Might be great to integreat in TZB? :)

Hey mate, I’m not confident this is required, I have been printing with my mmu for almost a year with the same spring tension without issue. Two full rotations past flush with top casing if memory serves me correctly.

Could you elaborate on the benefits?

At mine this has often been an issue :) i have not tried the changes as i dont know how to integrate something of the PRs :)
but i often had problems with the tension, especially when beginning, and the needed tensioning even changed with the weather (could not believe of this myself, a change of 5-7°C room temperature made a change on how good the filament loaded through MMU) and i have seen this - i thought - an indicator, especially in combination with your comms-protocol to the LCD would be greatly helpful :D
