[Ambience] Utilise Sounds within Config

There's some Middle Eastern music as well as a collection of other sounds already located within the public config. We should look into using this. We'll probably need some other music as well, for other regions in the future.

It should maybe only happen in two to three locations on the map (map-size dependent), where a radio (that can be turned on/off) spawns on a table, playing the music by default. It would be great if this was more likely at a marketplace etc.
