ace plus camcorder and flash problems and gallery not responding when clicking on playback on camera app

i m requesting you and is there any solutions or new release for this device as i am facing some glitches which you all can solve at least as you have solved more than 90% of issues only 10% are giving problem .without camera flash and camcorder device is like useless plz really requeesting you to kindly solve a problem and add some other apps inbuild then it can become a newer release because samsung people just lied and didnt bought and JB update waited for 1 year then also nothing happened .only you are the people can solve the problem.
