It would be nice to know how pull requests change coverage and what the current coverage is.

Ugh, seems like this is not trivial with our current test framework – some more popular ones like Mocha seem to have easier time with coverage. Need to investigate.

Postponed for now. Migrating to Mocha is a possibility, but that is a lot of work.
