HDR av1 is worse than vp9.2 HDR

From my own comparisons, YouTube's HDR av1 streams are worse than vp9.2 (worse than SDR vp9, even).
SDR av1 formats are named something like av01.0.08M.08 and HDR like av01.0.08M.10.0.110.09.16.09.0.

To avoid any confusion: there's no such thing as SDR vp9.2, that's just vp9.

It won't be done unless someone else ask for it, or someone is ready to do all the research.

IMO I think this should be top priority since, well, the script isn't pulling the best possible quality in HDR (which probably all come from big youtubers and very high qualities/many encodes from YT) which is critical to big channels archiving, you'd be pulling lower quality HDR
