Reveal Time Logic

Issue Title: Implement logic for time capsule reveal
Description: Ensure that time capsules are only accessible after the designated reveal date.
Tasks:
    - Write backend logic to check the reveal date against the current date.
    - Show a countdown for time capsules that are yet to be revealed.
    - Display capsules once the reveal date is met.
