Describe the bug

No abc log file found after running restructure when passing -abc_logfile

Expected Behavior

abc log file generated and kept after running

Additional Context

I thought initially that the log file is removed as part of the temp files cleanup but this would be a bit confusing given the argument.

I messed a bit with the source code and I think that the abc log file is always empty / never actually read. I inserted a logging message here

I would suggest avoiding restructure at this point as @QuantamHD is working on getting it working properly. I imagine that argument will go away as we directly integrate abc.
