A button to admin dashboard just like we have now. Admin dashboard should only have database control panel, and all contributors keep same ids. 'All questions' lead to all USABO questions.

Contributor panel: remove view contribution stats button as USABO questions go into their original account.

Add USABO stats page for admin to see how many questions of each year/round are in the database
