New recipe notebook for the Exercise creation based on the code from Martin Hillebrand

Below changes are done from the original code recieved:

Removed all the reference of Exercist and renamed the functions and dependencies accordingly
Formatted the main notebook according to the standard CSAE notebook format-header footer etc
Added introduction and descriptions as needed

Notebook is added in Usecases/Exercise_Notebook please let me know if the path needs to be changed.
