  1. 【To confirm】当前任务清理逻辑添加 pipeline_snapshot 表清理（清理后仅保留记录，无法展示任务树）(多个任务可能关联同一个 snapshot_id，template 关联的也是同一个 snapshot_id)
  2. 【To confirm】将已清理数据迁移到另一张记录表
