What would you like to be added:

限制不允许使用相同存储后端与缓存路径
支持禁用现有存储凭据

Why is this needed:

目前各类清理任务、归档、压缩默认不同存储凭据对应的后端存储与缓存路径不同，使用相同后端可能造成数据丢失
对于已有存储凭据支持先禁用，禁用后再删除
