Due to ESET and other antivirus false-positively flagging our library as PUA, we'll be publishing new packages here:
https://nuget.voids.site/packages/Telegram.Bot

To install our latest versions (v21.*), please follow this guide:
https://telegrambots.github.io/book/index.html#-installation

We'll keep you updated when we resolve this issue.
