It will probably require refractory Formatter::sendKey

@rafael2k @alanlivio Currently, Telemedia's Ginga does not need to focus to receive key events, which may mean that this issue is outdated. However, I don't know if it would be an issue because televisions only receive key events if they are focused. You have to check the specification.
