Loading bar issue in Sign-in and Sign-up page

As I am the participant of the LGMSOC'21 I have founded some loading bar is getting visible on the button of the Sign-in and Sign-up pages it dose not looks god when email id is not correctly entered at that time loading bar appears on the buttons after that it shows server not responding . So I want to fix that problem by removing that particular feature . So assign me to work on this issue.
