Hello, thank you for sharing the fantastic script! I was wondering how you integrate ScenicPlus with CellOracle. I noticed a "regulon1.yaml" file mentioned in the B_run_celloracle.py.ipynb script, but could you explain how this file is generated? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
