Issue Description:

When I try build https://github.com/jaquadro/Chameleon ,It shows

      > Could not resolve net.minecraft:client:1.16.3.
         > Could not get resource 'https://maven.tehnut.info/net/minecraft/client/1.16.3/client-1.16.3.pom'.
            > Could not GET 'https://maven.tehnut.info/net/minecraft/client/1.16.3/client-1.16.3.pom'. Received status code 403 from server: Forbidden

What happens:
