Hwyla-fabric-1.16.2-1.9.23-79 missing 1.16.4 tag

Issue Description:

On curseforge the Hwyla-fabric-1.16.2-1.9.23-79 version is compatible with 1.16.2, 1.16.3 and 1.16.4, but the 1.16.4 tag is missing.

What happens:

Simply the 1.16.4 tag is missing.

What you expected to happen:

I expected to see the 1.16.4 tag.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the HWYLA Curseforge page (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/hwyla )
2. Click "File"
3. Click "Hwyla-fabric-1.16.2-1.9.23-79.jar" under Main File
4. In the tags, 1.16.4 is missing.
