Add PHP + NGINX + MongoDB and PHP + NGINX + Redis

Hi,

Request to add following both benchmarks.

1. PHP + NGINX + MongoDB
2. PHP + NGINX + Redis

With Redis, no way as it isn't in the toolset.

When I have time, I'll try to add mongodb to plain php.
