  • I have searched the existing requests and none matched.

Request

The guides for setting up USB profiles are generally old or didn’t work for me in the past and have really fell out of my understanding with the feature. A quick guide setting up USB profiles with the required preferences lines and guide to setting up static drive letters per USB port would go a long way to help those who are unfamiliar with the process.

Details to Document

  1. Preferences.ini lines

  2. Reminder that themes can control the folder used for profiles; those metrics should be included in the documentation since they’re bound to be overlooked

  3. How to make static drive letters for USB ports
