[BUG] Song titles are displayed incorrectly for DWI files

Song titles are displayed incorrectly or not at all for DWI files. For example, the song "Vertex Beta" has #TITLE:Vertex BETA; and the folder is named "HST - Vertex BETA". In-game the song title is displayed as "HST", i.e. it takes the first string from the folder before a hyphen.

For the song "Monkey Dance" nothing is displayed, as the folder name starts with a hyphen.

Describe what should happen

The title defined as #TITLE, which is located in the DWI file, should be displayed.
