What is the "frequency" parameter? #9

In the run_classifier.py, I see frequency, but I don't know what it means.
--frequency (Required): Parse datasets more frequently

The number of citations varies from paper to paper.
For this reason, we experimented by cutting papers based on the frequency of citations.
