"Known sites" feature is broken

It looks like 66ef047 broke it because JS code (e.g. https://github.com/TeamHG-Memex/arachnado/blob/master/arachnado/static/js/utils/Rpc.js) was not updated as a part of this change.

@botzill no updates; this is an experimental software, and I'm not sure I'll find time to fix this issue myself.

@botzill sorry, no pointers, I haven't touched the code for a while. But as I recall it was a client-side issue; to make it work fix related JS files, then rebuild static files as described at https://github.com/TeamHG-Memex/arachnado#development.
