Next.js 13 _app.tsx getInitialProps hydration fails in next start but works in next dev

I've been wracking my brain all day trying to figure this out, but when I run next dev locally everything works fine, but I deploy to production which runs next build then next start it breaks...

Doesn't look like there's any errors, nothing. I tried wrapping in a try/catch but no error is reported... I am... Lost at how to solve this...
