Hi Kai,

Could I please ask a question regarding if Taiji is able to work with differentially expressed (RNAseq, example DESeq2 results) and differentially accessible (ATAC-seq) files? If not, would there be a way to work around it? This would be control samples versus drug-treated samples type of analysis.
