While this isn't a major problem, sorting is inconsistent within the Tabular Editor 3 and could be enhanced to be more efficient.

Describe the solution you'd like

When previewing data in a table the sort option works really nice as the selected row stays in same place after sorting. For example, if you sort a date table by date and have the top row selected and then resort the same date column to sort descending, the top row is still highlighted. The scroll bar before and after is at the top. This is very useful and works as expected

The results from DAX queries, queries generated from watches and possibility others keep the same value or row selected. This can be inconvenient as often times I want the list resorted the opposite way, but then I have to scroll to the opposites end each time as current selection stayed selected. I propose the other result sets such as the DAX queries, watch queries generated during debugging and others sort with the same behavior as the Preview Data result sets do. This would also provide a more consistent experience for users.
