Support for Icons and Folders in Custom Toolbars

I used to be a heavy user of custom toolbars in Excel, and I feel to really put macros into action, the ability to set Icons and folders for lesser used macros makes a lot of sense

In excel up to 2003 you had to set a workbook_open macro that would create the toolbar for you
From 2007 (and slightly changed in 2010) you have to define an XML file and tuck it into the excel file in a very weird way.

Any approach is good if we can have big icons and folders!

probably just a fancier interface to create the toolbar would be enough
