Update Postgres version needed

I need to be able to update the Postgres version.

1. Driver Postgres 12.2
2. DBngin build 3.1 (32)
3. macOS version: 11.1
4. The steps to reproduce this issue: Connecting using current libs fails with "unsupported frontend protocol". Researching this I found that this is a known issue in 12.2 and 12.3 but has been fixed by 12.4.
