  • Physical quantities should have their unit appended with a _, e.g., f_Hz
  • Naming should be as "verbose" as possible: e.g., "amplitude" instead of "A"
  • Filter/Transfer functions are always named "H" and the corresponding impulse response is "h"
    (i might have missed some instances in the text)
  • "k" is our discrete time index
  • Thoroughly stick to the naming convention from the lecture (to minimize confusion)
