https://status.ttv.lol reports greens across the board at time of posting even though the API is returing 521 as mentioned above. Perhaps that's something to look into as well.

Mid-roll ads are starting to appear, basically caused by the US server... Which a temporary fix is to refresh the stream.

Don't close a ticket when the problem hasn't been resolved. Twitch is going to be constantly revamping its streaming technology to ensure ads are being viewed, and this has been going on for a few days now.
