I just got the following kat hist plot: vpTaxBacc_BK34-6_kat_reads.pdf
However, it's really hard to interpret because the X-axis is too large. How can I limit the expansion of the X-axis?
Would setting the
-l [ --low ] arg (=1) Low count value of histogram
-h [ --high ] arg (=10000) High count value of histogram
parameters achieve this?
