Add option to create plots of spectra in output directory

@amcmahonBNL I think it would be great to not only allow for plotting to a plot device by also the ability to write out simple diagnostic plots to the output folder. 1 for each WP group and another that shows all the spectra written into a file. Happy to explain in more detail in person.
