We need to test whether the DMPlex alters the mesh.

Run an MPFA-O simulation with a perturbed box mesh and export it in .exo format at the end.
Run a subsequent simulation using the perturbed .exo mesh and see if it produces an identical mesh and the same results
Redo analysis in parallel (e.g. with 4 processes).
