User annotations in combisearch are not always up to date.

As the Feature annotations (including user annotations) are cached for 10 minutes using memcached.
Changes are not immediatelly visible. This behaviour is not desired.
--> Separate the user annotations from the cache. Add this data each time independently to the rest (whether cached or not).
