Freeze when selecting LPF destination with Select encoder for any FM synth patch

Please describe the problem:

Attempting to cycle through LPF destinations using the select encoder on an FM synth freezes the device. Works with INIT FM patch or FM patch created on previous firmware.

What is the expected behavior?

Rotating Select encoder should cycle through mod destinations

If possible provide the steps to reproduce the issue and upload additional media:

1. Turn on
2. Change current instrument to FM synth via patch recall or manually from INIT
3. "Shift" + "LPF" pad
4. Press "Select" encoder
5. Rotate "Select" encoder
6. Deluge freezes, requiring power cycle to reset
