Feature Request

Feature Summary
Allows clients to connect with the server. CRUD actions usable by admin.

Motivation
Necessary for the self-hosted architecture to allow their users to interact with each other.

Proposed Solution
Solution should allow for a Room of users to, in the future, talk between each other, forward communications, allow access to documents, etc. Currently just need clients to connect from their electron app.
